Adults are free to join in on the fun, but only minimal adult supervision is required. Each party is hosted by a Party Game Truck Game Coach whose job is to share expert gaming tips, motivate, and supervise the play.
No. The Party Game Truck is completely self-powered. The truck can accommodate 20 to 24 people at a time.
Our truck and trailer are about 45 feet long (approx. 8 side-by-side car spaces) and fit in most residential locations or commercial parking lots. If your event is congested, consult with a party planner. Our truck and trailer CANNOT fit down very narrow streets.
There is no age limit or requirement. Anyone who can follow instructions and enjoy video games can join in on the fun!
We have a wide variety of popular games in different genres with ratings ranging from Everyone (E) to Mature (M). We focus on multi-player games for Xbox, PS5, Wii U, and Nintendo Switch and carry multiple copies of many titles. You'll have access to our complete library, which changes regularly. You can approve games suitable for your guests and we'll fill the truck with your selected titles.
The Party Game Truck theater is insulated and fully climate controlled. It's ready to operate rain or shine — no weather cancellations!
Party Game Truck may charge a non-refundable cancellation fee of 30% of the quoted price for any cancelled event. Reservations may be cancelled and the deposit refunded up to 14 days before the event. Inside of 14 days, the deposit will be held and a cancellation fee up to 30% may apply. Deposits can always be applied toward a future event within 3 months.
Absolutely! We can handle as many gamers as needed. We have a unique rotation system that cycles 20 gamers at a time on 8-minute intervals — the winner stays for the next set of players. This works great for county fairs and large group functions.
While tipping is NOT required (or expected), we do allow tipping to express gratitude for a job well done!

You may pay via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders. Payment must be processed prior to the start of the event — events will not begin until proper payment is received and verified. All events require a $50 deposit to secure your booking.
Sorry, but due to our high-quality theater and our commitment to maintaining the cleanest and most prestigious game theater in the industry, we do not allow any food or beverages inside the gaming trailer.
Yes, however we make it easy — parents can sign just one liability release form if they agree to accept full responsibility for any incidents or damages on their property for all players/guests. If the homeowner waives this option, they must collect and provide signed forms from all guests before the event begins.
NOTE: If the original purchaser is not at the location within 30 minutes of the scheduled party time, Party Game Truck reserves the right to vacate and render all services performed without refund. Delays count as running time of the scheduled event.
